I wish I had gotten pictures of the kids hitting balls in the cage and all of us playing miniature golf - so fun. But I did get the grand kids in the go carts. Granddaughter Jorden is in the green one and Zack our Grandson is in the blue one.
It was so hot out (117) but it was okay - we all just had fun. It was our last evening together for this trip and we really made the best of it.
Wednesday morning our granddaughter made us french toast for breakfast then they finished packing. We all got in and got ready and then headed back to Vegas to drop them at the airport.
Our Daughter Taya wanted to go to Bruxie Chicken and Waffle place to grab a little lunch before they left. We drove there, parked and walked to it however, we found that there was a huge convention going on and a Kazillion people were walking to all the restaurants in that block also. Every place was packed and had lines out the doors including the restaurants in the New York New York Casino and the food court on the other side of Las Vegas Blvd. So we walked the block and half back to the car and headed to the airport.
We did pretty good at not crying when we said "see you later" okay maybe a little choked up and teary eyed. We had such a wonderful time!
So now to get back to our regular life. My honey went golfing this morning and I am going to go to an open workshop and do some stitching. I haven't even touched a needle and thread for 9 days.
Have a wonderful day doing things that make you happy.
Blessings, Lynn
